Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, provides a exceptional career-focused education with housing and meals for students from pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. The school is fully endowed, ensuring both students and staff have all necessary resources to thrive. Currently, MHS is seeking married couples to work as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus homes and guiding a group of 8-12 students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
