Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School is a renowned private institution providing exceptional career-focused education and comprehensive support to students from pre-K through 12th grade, all expenses covered, thanks to the generous endowment by Milton and Catherine Hershey in 1909. They are currently seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents in an on-campus family-like environment for groups of 8-12 students.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Sunday chapel services; both spouses complete an individual employment application; demonstrate integrity as role models for students.
