Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering a career-focused education to students from pre-K through 12th grade from underprivileged backgrounds. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, MHS provides housing, meals, and comprehensive support to students and staff for a thriving educational environment. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and providing guidance and structure for groups of students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be 27 years or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations including no alcohol on duty, limitations on pets, and leading students in daily devotions; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
