Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents for groups of disadvantaged students. Flex Houseparents provide nurturing guidance and support in on-campus student homes, fostering a family-like environment and overseeing daily activities. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; willingness to lead students in daily devotions and attend Sunday chapel services; comfortable residing in a smoke-free, weapon-free campus; no more than three dependent children in the home; follow pet limitations; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
