Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering exceptional career-focused education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds in pre-K through 12th grade. The school provides housing, meals, and full coverage of all costs, thanks to the generosity of its founders, Milton and Catherine Hershey. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing on campus to guide and nurture groups of students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
