Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a prestigious private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents for students in pre-K through 12th grade. Flex Houseparents provide guidance, drive, administer medication, and manage household tasks while creating a safe and nurturing environment for students from diverse backgrounds.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate integrity as role models for students; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
