Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services; smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted on duty; limitations on pets (fish and one approved breed of dog); integrity and role model behavior expected from all staff members.
