Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, providing a supportive and family-like environment.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; both spouses legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and chapel services; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications
Benefits: Salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple with free housing and meals included); comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings, relocation assistance, and paid training; schedule of nine days on followed by three days off with three-week paid summer vacation
