Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married couples, both spouses aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license and certification to drive student home vans; comfortable leading spiritual activities; adherence to campus rules including no smoking, weapons, or alcohol on duty; limited pets policy; must complete individual employment applications; role model behavior with a high degree of integrity.
