Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

About: Milton Hershey School is a renowned private educational institution providing a comprehensive career-focused education to students from pre-K through 12th grade coming from underprivileged backgrounds. The school offers housing, meals, and full support without any cost to the students or staff, thanks to the generous endowment by Milton and Catherine Hershey in 1909. They are currently seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, fostering a family-like environment for a group of 8-12 students on campus.

Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; candidates must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children allowed in the student home; abide by campus regulations including no smoking, weapons, or alcohol on duty; limited pet policy with approved breeds; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and chapel services; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
