Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents. This role involves providing guidance and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds, creating a family-like environment, managing household responsibilities, and contributing to youth growth and community involvement within the school setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and chapel services; demonstrate high integrity as role models for students
