Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution established in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking dedicated and nurturing couples to join as Youth Development Specialists. As flex houseparent couples, you will provide essential guidance and support to students in shared living environments, fostering personal development and maintaining a family-like atmosphere within the student homes.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
