Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private educational institution providing career-focused education to students from pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. Couples serving as Flex Houseparents create a family-like environment, guide approximately 8-12 students, and ensure their well-being on campus.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations such as no smoking, alcohol, weapons, limited pets; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; able to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
