Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; follow campus regulations including smoke-free, weapon-free policies, and no alcohol while on duty; limitations on pets with only approved breeds allowed
