Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution established in 1909, is seeking dedicated married couples to serve as flex houseparents on campus, fostering a family-like environment for groups of 8-12 students from pre-K through 12th grade, providing support and guidance.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; must become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services; uphold campus rules on smoking, alcohol, weapons, and pets; exhibit integrity and serve as role models for students.
