Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must have been legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; abide by campus regulations including a smoke-free and weapon-free environment, restrictions on pets, and no alcohol while on duty; possess a valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Sunday chapel services; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity and serve as a role model for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications
