Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; married couples with at least two years of legal marriage; both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children allowed in student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in devotions and to Judeo-Christian chapel services; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity and ability to serve as a role model for students; completion of individual employment application by both spouses
