Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a prestigious private institution founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents, providing care and support to 8-12 students in an on-campus family-like environment. Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; high degree of integrity and ability to serve as a role model for students
