Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a premier private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, provides students from pre-K through 12th grade with a career-focused education, including housing, meals, and full financial coverage. The school is fully endowed, ensuring a nurturing environment for both students and staff to thrive. They are currently seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents on campus, guiding and supporting groups of 8-12 students in a family-like setting.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in underserved settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus rules including no alcohol on duty; valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; exhibit a high degree of integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
