Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: The Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school providing exceptional career-focused education and comprehensive support for students from pre-K through 12th grade, with housing, meals, and all expenses covered. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, MHS is fully endowed, ensuring a nurturing environment for both students and staff to thrive. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as Flex Houseparents, guiding and supporting groups of approximately 8-12 students in a family-like setting on campus.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served backgrounds; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and chapel services; exhibit a high degree of integrity as role models for students.
