Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a prestigious private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents. This unique role involves guiding and nurturing students from disadvantaged backgrounds in a family-like environment within on-campus student homes.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; maximum of three dependent children in the student home; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Sunday chapel services; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity as role models for students; completion of individual employment applications by both spouses
