Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

The Youth Development Specialist role involves married couples serving as flex houseparents, nurturing a family-like environment for approximately 8-12 students on the campus.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; both spouses must complete individual employment applications
