Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Married couples are sought to serve as Flex Houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and guiding a group of 8-12 students with various responsibilities.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; must demonstrate high integrity and serve as role models for students; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; familiarity with maintaining a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; only fish and one dog of approved breeds permitted as pets in student homes
