Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, located in Hershey, PA, is a renowned private school providing exceptional career-focused education for students in pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. Currently, the school is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents, creating a supportive and nurturing environment for students on campus.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; both spouses must be age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; valid driver’s license; completion of individual employment applications by both spouses
