Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

The Youth Development Specialist role offers married couples an opportunity to serve as flex houseparents, guiding students in daily activities and fostering their development within a family-like environment on campus.
Requirements: High School diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; willingness to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
