Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents. This unique role involves providing a nurturing and structured home environment for disadvantaged youth on campus, ensuring a supportive family atmosphere and contributing to students’ personal development within a dedicated educational setting.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions; completion of individual employment applications by both spouses
