Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking Youth Development Specialists to serve as flex houseparents, guiding and supporting students from disadvantaged backgrounds in a family-like environment on their campus in Hershey, PA.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations including no alcohol on duty, smoke-free environment, limitations on pets, and willingness to lead students in daily devotions and attend Judeo-Christian services; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
