Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded by Milton and Catherine Hershey in 1909, provides a career-focused education, including housing and meals, to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. The school is fully endowed, ensuring both students and staff have all resources needed for success. They are currently seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, offering guidance and support to a small group of students in a family-like structure within on-campus student homes.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Sunday chapel services; smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
