Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private institution offering comprehensive education and support to students from pre-K through 12th grade from underprivileged backgrounds. The school, founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is fully endowed to provide students and staff with all necessary resources for success. MHS is currently seeking married couples to fill the role of Flex Houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to provide guidance and support to students in a family-like environment.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; smoke, alcohol, and weapon-free campus policy adherence; valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high school diploma or GED required; must demonstrate integrity and act as role models for students
