Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, located in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, providing guidance and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. The school offers a comprehensive education program with covered costs for students from pre-K through 12th grade, thanks to the endowment by Milton and Catherine Hershey.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must have been legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; limit of three dependent children in the student home; valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity to serve as role models for students; completion of individual employment applications by both spouses.
