Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents. This unique role involves nurturing and guiding approximately 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds in an on-campus family-like environment, providing essential care and support.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license with the ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
