Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, provides exceptional career-focused education, housing, meals, and comprehensive support for students in pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds, fully covering all associated costs. The school is currently seeking married couples as Flex Houseparents to offer nurturing guidance to groups of 8-12 students in an on-campus family-like environment.
Requirements: Legally married for at least two years; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; both spouses age 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete individual employment applications
