Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, located in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents, providing a family-like environment for 8-12 students. This private school offers career-focused education and all-inclusive support for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; this is a two-person job for couples married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; willingness to lead students in daily devotions and attend Sunday chapel services; comfortable with a smoke and weapon-free campus policy; limited pets policy; must complete an individual employment application; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students
