Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering a comprehensive education to students from pre-K to 12th grade from underprivileged backgrounds, founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to provide guidance and support to small student groups.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; legal marriage for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; adhere to campus policies including no smoking, weapons, or alcohol while on duty; limited pet policy; valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate integrity and serve as role models for students; completion of individual employment applications by both spouses.
