Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

The Youth Development Specialist role involves married couples serving as flex houseparents to guide and nurture students in a family-like environment on campus.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married couple for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity; complete individual employment application.
