Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School is a renowned private school offering career-focused education to students in pre-K through 12th grade from underprivileged backgrounds. The school, established in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, provides housing, meals, and all educational expenses, fostering a supportive environment for both students and staff.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in underserved settings; both spouses legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations including no smoking, weapons, or alcohol on duty; limitations on pets with only fish and one approved breed dog allowed; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as a role model for students; both spouses to complete individual employment applications.
