Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is known for providing an exceptional career-focused education with housing, meals, and more to students in pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. The school, founded by Milton and Catherine Hershey in 1909, is fully endowed to ensure both students and staff thrive together. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to support and guide a group of students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; This is a two-person job for legally married couples with at least two years of marriage; Both spouses should be age 27 or older; No more than three dependent children allowed in the student home; Valid driver’s license; High school diploma or GED required; Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
