Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Couples serving as flex houseparents play a crucial role in guiding and nurturing groups of 8-12 students in a family-like environment on campus.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; willingness to lead students in devotions and attend Sunday chapel services; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; no more than three dependent children in the student home; adhere to campus rules including no alcohol on duty, smoke-free and weapon-free environment, limitations on pets; integrity and good role model qualities required.
