Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; two-person job for legally married couples with at least two years of marriage; both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus rules such as no smoking, weapons, or alcohol on duty; limitations on pets with only fish and one approved breed dog; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Sunday chapel services; high school diploma or GED required; able to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity as a role model for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
