Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; this is a two-person job for legally married couples with at least two years of marriage; both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children allowed in the student home; abide by campus regulations including no smoking, weapons, alcohol on duty, limitations on pets; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications
