Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

MHS is seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, providing guidance and care for groups of students while fostering a family-like atmosphere on campus.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years; Both spouses should be age 27 or older; No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home; Abide by campus regulations including no smoking, weapons, or alcohol while on duty; Limitations on pets – only fish and one approved breed dog allowed; Valid driver’s license; High school diploma or GED required; Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; Demonstrated integrity; Both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
