Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school established in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents. This unique role involves guiding and nurturing groups of 8-12 students in a supportive on-campus environment, providing a family-like structure and support for student development.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; Two-person job for legally married couples with at least two years of marriage and both spouses aged 27 or older; High school diploma or GED required; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; Valid driver’s license; Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; Both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
