Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

MHS is hiring married couples to become flex houseparents, providing nurturing care for groups of students on campus.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations including no alcohol on duty, smoke-free, and weapon-free environment; valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity and ability to serve as role models for students
