Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents. This unique opportunity involves guiding and nurturing 8-12 students in a family-like environment on campus, providing essential support for their well-being and development.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; two years of legal marriage for couples; both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; willingness to lead students in devotions and attend Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; must complete individual employment application
