Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution founded in 1909, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents on their campus. Flex Houseparents provide guidance and a family-like environment for 8-12 students, offering support and structure in various aspects of student life.
Requirements: Experience working with youth, especially in under-served settings; couples legally married for a minimum of two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high school diploma or GED required; demonstrate high integrity as role models for students
