Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering a career-focused education to students from pre-K through 12th grade, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, MHS provides housing, meals, and comprehensive support at no cost to students. The school is currently seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to provide guidance, structure, and support to small groups of students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; must be a legally married couple for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; able to lift up to 50 lbs; must demonstrate high integrity as role models for students
