Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering exceptional career-focused education, housing, and meals for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, fully endowed by the generous founders, Milton and Catherine Hershey. MHS is currently seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, providing guidance and nurturing to a group of 8-12 students on campus.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity as role models for students; completion of individual employment application by both spouses.
