Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is currently seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents. This unique role involves providing a nurturing environment for approximately 8-12 students in on-campus student homes, creating a family-like structure, and overseeing daily activities.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
