Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school established in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, provides an exceptional career-focused education with housing, meals, and all expenses covered for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. The school is currently seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, offering nurturing guidance to a small group of students in a family-like environment on campus.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; two-person job for legally married couples of at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations including a smoke-free and weapon-free environment; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Sunday chapel services; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
