Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school renowned for its exceptional career-focused education for students in pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds, is seeking married couples for the role of Flex Houseparents. In this unique position, couples act as a consistent family-like structure for 8-12 students, providing guidance and support while managing daily responsibilities on campus.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples who have been legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
